What Is the roll996 VIP Rewards Program?

If you're a regular at roll996 – whether you play slots, live casino, poker, lottery, or Sports Betting – you deserve more than just the thrill of the game. The roll996 VIP Rewards Program is designed to make every ringgit you spend work harder for you, returning real, tangible value in ways that actually matter.

The concept is straightforward: play, earn points, level up. Every bet you place at roll996 – whether it's RM10 or RM1,000 – is counted and automatically converted into loyalty points. These points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for cash cashback, deposit bonuses or exclusive gifts that get more rewarding as you climb the VIP tiers.

What makes roll996's VIP program stand out is that it starts from the moment you register. You don't need months of play to qualify for benefits – the Bronze tier already gives you 0.3% cashback across all game types, and the value only grows as you stay active on the platform. The more you play, the more you get back.

The roll996 Loyalty Points System – Every Ringgit Counts

One thing many players overlook: at roll996, every bet you place – win or lose – still earns loyalty points. That means you never walk away completely empty-handed, because your gaming activity always produces points you can redeem for real value.

Points accumulation rates vary by VIP tier and game type. Bronze members earn 1 point for every RM10 spent, while Diamond members earn 5 points for the same amount. Points are credited in real time and can be viewed in your account dashboard at any time.

Once you've accumulated enough points, redeem them through the "My Rewards" section in your roll996 account. Redemption options include gaming credits, free deposit top-ups, or a cash-out directly to your Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or Malaysian bank account via FPX Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.

Best of all — roll996 loyalty points never expire. You can accumulate them gradually over several months and redeem all at once for bigger rewards. No pressure to redeem quickly, no deadline traps that cost you hard-earned points.

What Can You Redeem with VIP Points?

The loyalty points you earn at roll996 are more than just numbers in your account – they represent real value that can be redeemed for a wide range of rewards. The roll996 redemption system is designed to give VIP members the flexibility to choose rewards that best suit their needs and playing style.

For new members or those at the Bronze and Silver tiers, the most popular redemption is game credit — points are converted into account balance that can be used to play any game on roll996. The standard conversion rate is 500 points = RM5 game credit, but this rate improves as your VIP tier increases.

Gold members and above enjoy additional perks that go further – including direct cash conversion available for withdrawal, free deposit bonuses with lower rollover requirements, and access to exclusive flash promotions not publicly announced. These flash promotions are typically offered through your personal VIP manager and deliver significantly better value than standard promotions.

For Platinum and Diamond members, there are special redemption options that truly set them apart from regular players – including invitations to exclusive roll996 events held in key Malaysian cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru, as well as exclusive physical gifts delivered directly to your address.

Tips to Level Up Faster in roll996's VIP Program

Moving up the VIP tiers isn't just about how much you spend – it's about smart play and making the most of every ringgit you put into roll996. Many players who approach the game strategically manage to reach Gold tier in under two months, without needing to make large deposits every time.

Focus on Game Categories with the Highest Points Rate

Live Casino earns 1.5x more points than slots. If you enjoy playing Baccarat or Roulette at a live table, you'll rack up points faster for the same amount spent. This simple strategy can noticeably accelerate your VIP tier progression.

Make the Most of Deposit Bonuses to Boost Your Bankroll

Every time you claim a roll996 deposit bonus, the bonus funds are also eligible to earn loyalty points while in play. So depositing RM200 with a 50% bonus means you're playing with RM300 – and all RM300 generates VIP points. Make full use of available bonuses before making a regular deposit.

Get Active in the Referral Program

Every friend you invite who makes their first deposit earns you an RM50 bonus – and their referral deposit also counts toward your cumulative deposit total for VIP tier progression. Friends who remain active players continue to generate additional points for you through ongoing referral commissions.

Watch for Special "Double Points" Promotions

Roll996 regularly runs special promotions where points are earned at 2x or 3x the usual rate for a set period — typically on weekends or around major sporting events such as Malaysia Super League or EPL matches. Keep an eye on the Promotions section and make the most of these opportunities when they come around.

Claim Your Cashback Every Day Without Fail

Daily cashback is credited to your account at midnight – but you'll need to log in and claim it within 48 hours, or it will expire. Make it a habit to check your roll996 account every day and claim any cashback you're entitled to. Small amounts add up day by day and can amount to something significant over the course of a month.

FAQ – roll996 VIP Rewards Programme

The most frequently asked questions about the VIP program and how it works.

Joining the roll996 VIP Rewards Program is automatic – every player who creates a new account is instantly enrolled as a Bronze member, with no application or extra forms required. From the moment you make your first deposit and start playing, points begin accumulating and your VIP progress kicks off. You can track your VIP status, accumulated points, and available rewards under the "VIP Status" section in your account dashboard.

VIP tier upgrades are based on your cumulative deposits over a rolling 30-day period. Silver (RM3,000 cumulative) is achievable in 2–4 weeks for active players. Gold (RM10,000) typically takes 1–2 months for moderately active players. Platinum (RM30,000) and Diamond (RM100,000) are designed for highly active players and high rollers. Once a threshold is reached, the upgrade happens automatically within 24 hours and all new benefits take effect immediately.

roll996 daily cashback is credited as cash with no rollover conditions. That means you can choose to withdraw directly to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks) or ShopeePay — or simply use it to keep playing. There are no burdensome minimum rollover requirements. This is one of the biggest advantages of the roll996 VIP programme over other platforms that require 3x–5x rollover before cashback can be withdrawn.

roll996 VIP tiers are calculated based on cumulative deposits over a rolling 30-day period. If your deposit activity slows down in a given month, your VIP tier may be adjusted to reflect your recent activity. That said, roll996 provides a 14-day "tier protection" window before any downgrade takes effect – giving you enough time to get back in the game. Any loyalty points you've already earned will not be forfeited and can be redeemed at any time.

A Personal VIP Manager is a dedicated roll996 representative assigned to Platinum and Diamond members. Their role covers assisting with account enquiries, prioritising the processing of large withdrawals, informing members of exclusive offers and promotions not publicly announced, and resolving any technical issues with the highest priority. Once you reach Platinum tier, your VIP manager will reach out to you directly via your registered number to introduce themselves and walk you through how to make the most of their services.
